Documentation Leads and reports
Working with leads
Statuses, deal values, notes, leads added by hand and returning customers.
Statuses
| Status | Use it when |
|---|---|
| New | The enquiry has just arrived. |
| Contacted | You answered or called back. |
| Qualified | The person is a real prospect. With Pro, this is reported to the ad platforms. |
| Won | The deal is closed. Enter the deal value; with Pro, the sale is reported with it. |
| Lost | It did not work out. |
| Spam | Not a real enquiry. Spam does not count in reports. |
Change the status right in the list, or on the lead. When you set a lead to Won, Leadwon asks for the deal value.
The lead screen
Each lead shows what the visitor entered, the first and the latest visit with their channel, source and campaign, the click IDs, and the path before the enquiry: how many visits, how many days since the first one, and the pages read. Phone numbers are stored in international format, so Call and WhatsApp buttons open a call or a chat in one click.
If your site uses Microsoft Clarity, Watch in Microsoft Clarity opens the recording of the visit in which the form was sent. Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days unless you mark them as favourites.
Notes and corrections
Add notes as the conversation goes on. Edit contact and source corrects the name, email address, phone number or source, for example when a customer tells you they found you through a recommendation.
Leads without a form
Add lead on the Leads screen records enquiries that came by phone, in person or through a recommendation, with the channel Phone call, Walk-in or Word of mouth. They count in the reports like any other lead.
Returning customers
When the same email address has sent enquiries before, the list and the lead show it, so you know you are talking to an existing customer.
