Agency dashboard
See the leads, sales, ad spend and problems of all client sites on one screen.
Available from the Agency plan. Compare plans
With the Agency plan, Leads → Agency on your own site becomes a dashboard of all your clients: leads, won deals, revenue, ad spend, cost per lead and return on ad spend for each site, and what needs attention.
Add client sites
- On your site, open Leads → Agency and click Create a code. Copy the code, for example
K7QM-3XPA-W9RT. - On the client’s site, open Leads → Agency, enter the code under Code from the agency and click Connect.
The client’s site needs Leadwon Pro with an active license. That can be the client’s own license of any plan, or one of the 25 sites of your Agency license. Add this site too puts your own site on the dashboard.
A code can be used for any number of sites. Create a new code replaces it when it was shared too widely; sites already added stay.
What you see
Choose the period at the top: the last 7 or 30 days, this month or last month. Each row shows a client site with its figures and a link that opens its leads. Totals at the bottom add up all sites, with amounts in different currencies kept apart.
Sites that need attention come first, with the reason:
- conversions that could not be sent to an ad platform;
- a connection that was revoked, for example to Google Ads;
- a site that has sent no new figures for three days;
- forms that stopped sending leads.
Sites report every three hours. Refresh loads the latest figures; Remove takes a site off the dashboard.
What leaves a client site
Only totals: visits, leads, won deals, revenue, ad spend and contact clicks per period and channel, whether conversions are sent, which connections need attention, the date of the latest lead and the plugin versions. Names, email addresses and messages never leave the site. Leadwon Cloud keeps nothing else, whatever a site sends, and deletes a site’s figures when it leaves the dashboard.
For the client
The client sees under Leads → Agency that the site reports to an agency, and when it last did. Stop reporting leaves the dashboard at any time.
