Documentation Leads and reports

Reports

Which channels, campaigns and pages bring enquiries and customers, and what they cost.

The report at the top of Leads answers one question for any period: where do enquiries and customers come from? Choose the period and how leads are credited (first or latest visit), then the view.

Views

  • Channels, such as paid search or organic social.
  • Sources, such as google, facebook or newsletter.
  • Campaigns, from utm_campaign or, with Pro, the Google Ads campaign of each click.
  • Landing pages, where visitors first arrived.
  • Forms, which form they sent.
