AI assistants

Let an assistant such as Claude read your reports and, with Pro, work on your leads.

Leadwon describes what it can do as abilities of the WordPress Abilities API. An AI assistant connected to your site through MCP, the Model Context Protocol, can use them to answer questions such as “Which campaigns brought customers this month?” or “Which leads from last week have no follow-up yet?”, and with Pro act on the answer.

Abilities

Ability What it does Plan
leadwon/get-report Visits, leads, won deals, revenue, profit, ad spend and contact clicks by channel, source, campaign, landing page or form, for a period Free
leadwon/list-leads Recent leads with contact details, status, deal value and source, filtered by status, period or a search term Free
leadwon/get-lead One lead with all its fields, its first and latest visit, the pages viewed before the enquiry and earlier enquiries from the same person Free
leadwon/update-lead-status Change the status and the deal value Pro
leadwon/add-lead-note Add a dated note, e.g. what was discussed on the phone Pro
leadwon/assign-lead Choose the owner Pro
leadwon/schedule-follow-up Plan the date to get back to a lead; the owner gets a reminder that day Pro
leadwon/list-follow-ups Leads with a follow-up due, to answer “who do I have to call back?” Pro

A status set by an assistant has the same effect as one set by you: a won deal is reported to your ad platforms and synced to your CRM.

Connect an assistant

  1. Use WordPress 6.9 or later, which includes the Abilities API. On older versions, install the Abilities API plugin.
  2. Install the MCP Adapter plugin, which makes the abilities available to MCP clients.
  3. Create an application password for your user under Users → Profile → Application Passwords.
  4. Connect your assistant, for example Claude, following the instructions of the MCP Adapter.

Who may do what

The assistant works with the permissions of the WordPress user whose application password it uses. Only users who may see leads can read them, and only users who may manage leads can change them. Revoke the application password to disconnect the assistant at once.

The assistant and its costs are yours: Leadwon only gives it access to your data on your site. What you share with the assistant is subject to the terms of its provider.
