Documentation Agencies

White label

Your agency’s name instead of Leadwon, and the settings only for the users you choose.

Available from the Agency plan. Compare plans

With the Agency plan, a client’s site can show your agency’s name instead of Leadwon, and keep the setup to your team. Set it up on each client site under Leads → Agency → White label.

Your name

Enter the name, for example Acme Leads. It replaces Leadwon on every screen, in the emails Leadwon sends and in the plugin list, where the plugins are called Acme Leads and Acme Leads Pro. Updates keep working as before.

Who sees the settings

Tick the users who may change the setup, usually the accounts of your agency. All other users, administrators included, keep the leads and reports, but no longer see the forms, settings, ad platforms, CRM, agency and account screens, and cannot send their forms directly. The user who saves always stays on the list, so nobody locks themselves out.

With Hide the plugins from the plugin list of the others ticked, other users do not see Leadwon in their plugin list either.

When the license ends

The white label belongs to the Agency plan. If the license of the site ends or moves to a smaller plan, Leadwon shows its own name again and all administrators see the settings. The white label settings are kept and apply again once the Agency license is active.
