Other CRMs

Connect Salesforce, Zoho CRM, monday.com or any other CRM through Make, Zapier or n8n, in both directions.

Available from the Business plan. Compare plans

Any CRM that Make, Zapier or n8n can reach works with Leadwon, for example Salesforce, Zoho CRM, monday.com, Brevo or Close. You build two small scenarios: one that creates the deal from a new lead, and one that tells Leadwon when the deal changes.

1. New leads to the CRM

  1. In Make, Zapier or n8n, create a scenario that starts with a webhook trigger and copy its address.
  2. In WordPress, paste the address under Leads → Settings → Webhook and save. Send test lead sends an example.
  3. Add a step that creates the contact and the deal in your CRM. Store Leadwon’s lead.id on the deal, for example in a custom field.

Every new lead and every status change is sent, see Webhooks for the fields.

2. Won deals back to Leadwon

This part needs the Business or Agency plan.

  1. Open Leads → CRM and copy the Address for status updates under Other CRMs.
  2. In a second scenario, start when a deal changes in your CRM.
  3. Add an HTTP step that sends a POST request to the address with the lead ID and the new status:
{
  "lead_id": 1234,
  "status": "won",
  "value": 4800,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "note": "Signed by phone"
}

status is one of contacted, qualified, won or lost. value, currency and note are optional. Without a lead ID, send email instead, and the latest lead with that address is updated. A won or qualified lead is then reported to your ad platforms like any other.

The address contains a secret key and works like a password. If it was shared by mistake, click Create a new address and update your scenario. All details are in Status API.
