Install Leadwon and Leadwon Pro

Install the free plugin, add Pro with your license key, and know what Leadwon needs from your site.

Leadwon comes in two plugins. Leadwon, the free plugin from WordPress.org, saves every form submission with the way the visitor found your site and shows the reports. Leadwon Pro is an add-on that connects these leads to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, HubSpot and Pipedrive. Pro needs the free plugin; together they appear as one menu, Leads.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.8 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.
  • HTTPS, if you want Google Ads to download conversions with the scheduled upload.
  • WP-Cron, or a real cron job that calls wp-cron.php. Conversions, CRM updates and ad spend are sent in the background every few minutes.
  • Your site must be able to reach the internet, to send conversions and notifications.

Install the free plugin

  1. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New and search for Leadwon.
  2. Click Install Now, then Activate.
  3. Open Leads. A short checklist leads you through the first steps: choosing your forms, a test lead and, for visitors from the EU and the UK, cookie consent.

Add Leadwon Pro

  1. After the purchase, download the Pro plugin from the email you received or from your account at users.freemius.com.
  2. Open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip file and click Install Now, then Activate.
  3. Enter your license key when Pro asks for it. The license is activated for this site.
  4. Go on with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Meta under Leads → Ad platforms.

Leads you collected with the free plugin stay as they are, with their sources. When you mark one of them as qualified or won after connecting an ad platform, it is reported as long as the ad click is less than 90 days old. With the scheduled upload for Google Ads, the qualified and won leads of the last 90 days are included right away.

Updates

The free plugin updates through WordPress.org, Pro through WordPress’s own update screen as long as the license is active. Both can be updated automatically like any other plugin.

Uninstall

Deactivating a plugin keeps all data. Deleting it removes the data only if Delete all leads and settings when the plugin is deleted is ticked under Leads → Settings. Otherwise you can install Leadwon again later and continue where you left off.
