Your license and sites

A Leadwon Pro license covers a number of sites for the period you paid for: one site with Pro, three with Business and 25 with Agency. A site is every WordPress installation the license is activated on.

Activate

Pro asks for the license key right after activation. You find the key in the email you received after the purchase and in your account at users.freemius.com. The license is checked by Leadwon Cloud, which also connects your site to the ad platforms and CRMs.

Move it to another site

Deactivate Leadwon Pro on the old site, or deactivate the license there under Leads → Account, then activate it on the new site.

Change the plan

You can move to a larger plan at any time from your account and pay only the difference for the rest of the period. To use the new features right away, open Leads → Account on your site and click Sync.

When the license ends

Nothing is deleted. Leads, reports and settings stay, and the free features keep working. Leads you mark as qualified or won wait in the queue. Renew the license and they are sent, as long as the platforms still accept them: 90 days after the click for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, 7 days for Meta.

The connections to HubSpot and Pipedrive pause while the license is inactive. Changes made in the meantime are synchronised once it is active again.
