Documentation Team and notifications
Notifications
New leads on Telegram, in Slack or Microsoft Teams, reminders by email and a weekly summary.
A lead that is answered within the hour is worth more than one answered tomorrow. Leadwon tells you about new leads where you are, with the source, so you know what the person saw before getting in touch.
Telegram
Part of the free plugin. Every new lead arrives with its name, contact details, message and source.
- In Telegram, create a bot with
@BotFatherand copy its token. - Add the bot to a chat or group.
@userinfobotshows your personal chat ID. - Under Leads → Settings → Telegram notifications, paste the token and the chat ID, then click Send test message.
Slack and Microsoft Teams
With Leadwon Pro, new leads and won deals appear in a channel, with their source and a link to the lead.
- Slack: Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to Slack, choose the channel and copy the webhook URL.
- Microsoft Teams: open the channel, then ⋯ → Workflows → Post to a channel when a webhook request is received, and copy the URL. Teams’ older incoming webhooks are retired by Microsoft.
Paste the address under Leads → Settings → Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Reminders by email
With Leadwon Pro, Leadwon emails a reminder when a new lead has not been answered after 24 hours (or 4, 8 or 48, as you choose), and on the follow-up date of a lead. A lead counts as answered once its status changes from New. Leads with an owner are reminded to the owner, the others to the addresses under Leads → Settings → Reminders, or to the site’s admin email. See Owners and follow-ups.
Weekly summary
Turn on the weekly summary under Leads → Settings → Weekly summary and enter one or more addresses. Every Monday at 8:00, in your site’s time zone, it shows the leads, deals and contact clicks of the past week compared with the week before. After two weeks without any activity, it stays quiet.
Webhooks
For anything else, such as WhatsApp messages or a row in Google Sheets, send leads to Make, Zapier or n8n with a webhook.
