Documentation Leads and reports
WooCommerce orders
See which channels bring paying customers, and report shop sales with their profit.
Turn on Save every order as a lead and mark it as won when it is paid under Leads → Settings. Every order is then saved with the source of the visit, and marked as won with the order total as soon as it is paid. The reports show which channels and campaigns bring paying customers next to your enquiries.
With Leadwon Pro
- Paid orders are reported to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta like any won lead.
- With margins per product category or the cost of goods stored in WooCommerce, reports show the gross profit of each channel, and you can report profit instead of revenue. See Profit margins and POAS.
- Orders are only sent to HubSpot or Pipedrive if you turn on Also send shop orders on the CRM screen. Leave it off if your shop already sends orders to the CRM.
If you already report purchases to Google Ads with the Google tag or another plugin, choose for which conversion actions Leadwon reports, so sales are not counted twice. The Google tag’s purchase conversion counts the checkout; Leadwon’s won deal reports the paid order to an import conversion action of its own.
