Contact clicks and form analytics
Count the people who call or write instead of sending a form, and see where visitors give up on a form.
Contact clicks
Many customers never fill in a form. Leadwon counts clicks on phone numbers, WhatsApp, email, Telegram and Viber links and on map links such as Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze, and credits them to the channel the visitor came from.
Leadwon cannot know whether a call was answered or a message was written, so clicks are counted separately from leads. Turn them on under Leads → Settings → Tracking.
Form analytics
For every form, Leadwon counts how many visitors start it, how many send it, and at which field those who give up leave. The Leads report shows this per form for the chosen period. A field where many people stop is often a question that asks too much too early, such as a phone number or a budget.
Only anonymous daily totals and field labels are stored, never what people type.
Microsoft Clarity
If your site uses Microsoft Clarity, Leadwon marks sent forms and contact clicks there as the smart events leadwon_form_sent and leadwon_contact_click. In Clarity, filter by these events to watch all visits that ended in an enquiry.
