Provider

Leadwon is provided by Dmytro Verkhovtsev, Mary-Marcus-Kehre 5, 21035 Hamburg, Germany.

Purchase

Leadwon Pro is sold by Freemius Inc. as reseller. The contract of sale is concluded with Freemius under its terms, which you accept at checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which Freemius adds where it applies.

License

Leadwon and Leadwon Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. A paid license gives you, for the period you paid for and the number of sites of your plan, updates, support and access to Leadwon Cloud, which connects your site to the ad platforms and CRMs.

Renewal and cancellation

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them in your account at users.freemius.com. After cancelling, the license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

If Leadwon Pro does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Leadwon Cloud

We run Leadwon Cloud with care and aim for it to be available around the clock, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. When it is unreachable, conversions wait on your site and are sent later. Ad platforms and CRMs may change their interfaces; we adapt Leadwon to such changes as quickly as we can.

You may use Leadwon Cloud only for your own sites and those of your clients, and not to circumvent the limits of your plan.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the damage typical for the contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection of the law of the country in which they live.
