Plans and billing

What happens when my license ends?

Nothing is deleted. Leads, reports and settings stay, and conversions wait in the queue. Renew within 90 days and they are sent (Meta accepts them for 7 days). The free features keep working without a license.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If Pro does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and you get a full refund.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, from your account at any time. When you move up, you pay only the difference for the rest of the period.

What counts as a site?

Every WordPress installation you activate the license on. You can move a license to another site whenever you like by deactivating it on the old one.

Who sends the invoice?

Freemius, our reseller, handles the payment and sends the invoice. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT ID at checkout and are not charged VAT.

Is there a monthly plan?

Every plan can be paid monthly. Paying for a year costs less: Pro is €149 a year instead of 12 × €15.
